Michael C. Hall (born February 1, 1971) is an American television actor, who has appeared in the television drama Six Feet Under and currently in the Showtime series Dexter, starring as the main protagonist Dexter Morgan.
Hall's performance as the character Dexter has also won him a Golden Globe award and a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2009.
